結構特點 Structural features
該設備是電機經過蝸輪轉動減速后帶動螺桿依正反向旋轉，實現閘門板(插板)作往復運動，由行程開關控制電機轉動;閘門板由托輥支承，并采用錐形口進料，閘門門板不會被物料卡死、漏料，啟開時也不致向外帶料，閘門板運動自如，阻力小。
The motor drives the screw to rotate in the forward and reverse directions after the worm gear is rotated and decelerated to realize the reciprocating motion of the gate plate(plug plate),and the motor rotation is controlled by the travel switch;The gate plate is supported by the idler and fed by the conical inlet.The gate plate will not be stuck or leaked by the materials,and will not be taken out when it is opened.The gate plate can move freely with small resistance.
